Chuck Mulligan began a thirty-eight year career in the eyewear industry in 1960 as a manufacturing/dispensing optician. From 1965 to 1975 he was a laboratory manager in the American Optical Laboratory system. From 1975 to 1988 he held several management positions with Shuron/Textron, a lens and frame manufacturer. From 1988 to the present he has been an independent representative in the eyewear manufacturing industry and represents Optima Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager and ABO certified speaker.
